I snapped my knee cap in half at age 16, then after surgery and going through 4 physios and lockdown I developed tendonitis, acl, meniscus and cartilage damage. I experienced 5 years of chronic knee pain with no hope of getting back to the sport I love. Now 3 years into ATG and my own training system, I have no knee pain, I can play my sport whenever I want and i've helped hundreds to be able to do the same. I now believe that no matter your position, you should have big dreams and anyone can get anywhere with their knees, no matter how long they've been in the cycle of injury - because me, and thousands of others have done it!

People commonly ask how we are getting such insane results compared to other training methods. We’ve had specialists, physios and MSK professionals dumbfounded at how quickly our clients have made progress. Well it’s no secret, we don’t do anything medical, we don’t have any magic pills - it’s just ability. We focus on what’s missing in the one dimensional view of traditional rehab.

FIRST, we look at joint ability. The traditional route makes most people believe that it's only muscles that can gain strength, size and ability - we challenge that by making the JOINT stronger.

SECOND, we look at mobility (and this isn’t 5 mins of stretching before a workout). Mobility to us means strength through all ranges. If we are strong and mobile through all joints, we are going to be in much less pain and be more “bulletproof”.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. This program is a progressive program and assumes you have little to no prior mobility training experience. Each phase can be followed for as long as you need before moving forward and each of the exercises can be altered to meet you at your current level and build you up.

Is this a membership or one time payment?

What if i have X injury?

Trust me, i've felt like my knee was too far gone but no matter what you're level is there is regressions for every exercise and we work at a pain-free level at all times. . Almost all of the exercises in the program can be altered to suit your current level of ability and you can definitely make progress while rehabbing a specific injury.

However, you should always consult with and clearance form a physiotherapist or medical professional before starting a new program, particularly if you are dealing with a specific injury.

Do I need equipment?

To get the maximum results possible from the program it will help to have access to certain equipment (such as dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell etc).However, to make progress and see real impactful results, all you will need is a foam roller.

Can I fit this into my current training/sport?

Yes, absolutely! This program will enhance your existing training. The program can either become your primary training or it can compliment the training you already do. The kinds of people who use this program include high level athletes who fit this in amongst their training so that they can push harder, move with less effort & recover faster.
